Leadership learning for new & experienced leaders
If you’re an experienced or emerging leader who wants to grow in your leadership skills and accelerate your impact, join a group of leaders for 8 weeks of learning and networking led by two seasoned executives.
Learning Circles will give you an opportunity to learn with other leaders, facilitated by Doreen Harvey and Marla Konrad, both coaches, facilitators and former C-suite executives.

There are two Learning Circles currently available:
Foundations of Leadership and Expanding Your Influence.

What’s included in both series:

A 75-minute Zoom gathering every week for 8 weeks

7 customized modules plus a Bonus Integration Session

Peer coaching and learning

An optional 15-minute group Q&A time with the facilitators immediately after module

When:
Foundations of Leadership will next be offered Tuesdays from 11-12:15 ET, from March 24 - May 12, 2026.

​Expanding Your Influence will next be offered Wednesdays from 11-12:15 ET, from March 25 to May 13, 2026.
Investment:
Each level of Learning Circles (8 sessions) is offered for $525, with an Early Bird rate of $475.

Doreen Harvey began her practice as an independent Human Resources Consultant over 20 years ago following her role as VP of HR at Sanyo Canada and senior leadership roles at Nortel Networks. Doreen is passionate about helping leaders engage their people and align their HR strategy to their business strategy. Clients include small to mid-sized enterprises in various industries, as well as social profit organizations. Doreen holds an MBA from the Schulich School of Business at York University and an HBA from The Ivey School of Business. She is certified in EQ-i/EQ360 (Emotional Intelligence) and is a member of the Strategic Capability Network.

Marla Konrad is a leadership coach and consultant who draws on years of experience as an executive, and combines this with powerful communications and coaching skills to develop leaders at all levels. She is certified to coach and train with EQ-i/EQ360 (Emotional Intelligence) and with the Enneagram, and has taught in various executive leadership programs including the ExecEd program at the Schulich School of Business. Prior to launching her own practice, Marla was Vice President of Executive Affairs at World Vision Canada. She is an Accredited Business Communicator and has a BA and MA from Western University.
